Overview

The Alhambra is a mixed-use hospitality/office/retail project developed by Stadler Development in partnership with Prudential Insurance Company. The stunning Mediterranean-style hotel and offices are located in the heart of charming Coral Gables and were modeled after the Alhambra Palace in Spain, complete with a striking two-story marble lobby, antique accents and Spanish-style windows. The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables features Moorish and Spanish design, with 254 elegant guestrooms, including 80 with private patios and 60 spacious suites. Just steps from Giralda Plaza and two blocks from Miracle Mile, The Alhambra is surrounded by over 100 restaurants and shops. The two-building office complex contains 400,000 square feet of space, ideally suited for multi-national headquarters. The project is a short drive from Coconut Grove, Brickell, the University of Miami, and Wynwood
